Q: 1.  How do I enter the Embassy Suites Snap Happy Contest?
A:   There are two ways to enter.
   
  1. To enter online you must complete both of these steps:
    1. Book a room at embassysuites.com or by calling 1-800-EMBASSY. Stays must be completed within the promotional period, between
      May 18 and September 3, 2007, AND
    2. Upload your vacation photos at embassysnaphappy.com
       
  2. To enter by mail, place a 3" x 5" card with your full name, complete address, and daytime and evening phone number, with your photos in an envelope. Send to the following address: Embassy Suites Snap Happy ‘07 Contest Entries, P.O. Box 4313, Manhasset, NY 11030.

Q: 2.  Are there any limits on the size and number of photos I can upload?
A:   Yes. To be eligible to win, you should make sure your photos follow these
five guidelines:
   
  • You can only upload photos of yourself and/or your family.
  • For any photos submitted online, the maximum file size is 1 MB.
  • You can upload up to 3 photos.
  • Photos submitted online must be in the .gif or .jpg file format.
  • Photos must be uploaded by 11:59 pm ET on September 3, 2007 if submitted online or postmarked by September 10, 2007 if submitted by mail.

Q: 3.  How do I upload photos to the Website?
A:   It’s a cinch to upload photos to embassysnaphappy.com. Just follow
these 7 simple steps:
   
  1. Go to embassysnaphappy.com
  2. Click UPLOAD PHOTOS.
  3. Enter your contact details (so we can let you know if you win) and click SUBMIT.
  4. Choose your photo and captions (up to 15 words/per photo).
  5. Read the Photo Submission Agreement.
  6. Once you are on the preview page, you can change your photos and captions or click SUBMIT to finish.
  7. Once you’ve submitted your entry, you’ll be given a unique URL so you can see your photos at embassysnaphappy.com and share them with friends.

Can I still enter the contest online?
A:   Yes, as long as you complete your stay within the promotional period (between
May 18 and September 3, 2007) and upload your summer vacation photos at
embassysnaphappy.com.

Q: 5.  I’ve already completed my stay. Can I still upload my photos
to enter the contest online?
A:   Yes, as long as you complete your stay within the promotional period
(between May 18 and September 3, 2007), you can upload your summer
vacation photos at embassysnaphappy.com to enter the contest. Photos
must be submitted by 11:59 pm ET on September 3, 2007.

Q: 6.  When will the winners be decided?
A:   Winners will be chosen by our panel of judges by October 10, 2007.

Q: 7.   On what criteria will the winners be decided on?
A:   Photos will be judged on expression of Happiness in Motion travel theme,
originality, creativity and photo quality. Happiness in Motion photos should
capture the fun that happens during family travel, since a vacation is as much
about the journey as the destination.

Q: 8.  Who will be judging the photos?
A:   All entries will be judged by a panel composed of, but not limited to, professionals
working in the advertising, travel and photography industries, and celebrities.
